At our Martial Arts Gym we are frequently asked the same questions from people
wishing to commence training. A lot of people are nervous about starting Martial
Arts and they don’t know what to expect so here are a few questions and answers
which we hope may help you
Our martial arts membership packages run on a month-to-month basis with no contracts. Discounted options are available for longer plans. See all our available plans right here on our website.
This is up to you we have packages that suit 1 training session per week or 2 to 3 sessions
We cater for all ages, Little Ryanos (mixed) Teens (mixed) Adults (Mens & Ladies classes)
Open mat is exactly that, come along, bring someone to train with or join in with someone when you get here, bring your gear, sign in at the door and pay as you go.
Flip flops, shorts, T-shirt, gum shields and water. A Kimono is required for certain classes and can be hired at reception for €15 per hire.
Once you have paid your membership you can just come along to class, if you wish to try out a class get in touch at [email protected] and we will organise a class for you to join.
Get in touch to book a place, our classes fill up quickly so we will try to accommodate you in one of our classes without too much of a wait. Your first session is complementary.
We highly recommend our Fundamentals courses, they run every quarter and are a fantastic way to begin your Martial Arts Journey.
If you are scared of trying martial arts, you can either have a chat with one of our coaches or come try a class for free to see if you like it. We have a great family vibe at our gym with mixed classes for both male and female, and women’s only BJJ classes. You will get loads of hands on support from our top qualified coaches, and from our long standing members alike.
Martial arts is not just a great way to get fit and work on your self-defense skills, but it’s also a great way to build confidence, have improved mental health, and meet new friends.
