If you are scared of trying martial arts, you can either have a chat to one of our coaches or come try a class for free to see if you like it. We have a great family vibe at our gym with mixed classes for both male and female, and women’s only BJJ classes. You will get loads of hands on support from our top qualified coaches, and from our long standing members alike.
Martial arts is not just a great way to get fit and work on you self-defense skills, but it’s also a great way to build confidence, have improved mental health, and meet new friends.
