A key part of starting your journey with us is adhering to our uniform policy. All members are required to wear long-sleeve rash guards and spats for training to ensure comfort, safety, and professionalism. To make this convenient, we offer a range of merchandise available for purchase at our shop located at reception. Alternatively, members are welcome to purchase these items externally if preferred.

To protect everyone’s health, we strictly enforce our infection control policies, encouraging members to stay home when unwell and maintain personal hygiene.

To ensure a safe training environment, we’ve established clear gym rules that promote mutual respect, discipline, and courtesy among members. Additionally, we take the importance of safety in training seriously by banning dangerous techniques that could lead to injury, with a full list available for your reference.
